Have your DIAL GAUGE pressure canner tested Monday, February 6 from 10 a.m.-11:45 a.m. at the Choctaw County Extension Office in the Courthouse Annex. It is not necessary to bring the entire canner, only the lid/dial gauge. Weighted gauge canners do not need to be tested. There is no charge. For more information, call 285-6337.
