Join Pioneer Community Hospital of Choctaw, Gentiva Home Health and MSU Extension Service – Choctaw County as they present a program on heart health and have a cooking demonstration. Programs are held at the Choctaw County Library.

On February 24 come learn about Smoking and Heart Health from Verna Fleming, Project Director with MS Tobacco Free Coalition and a food demo by Sara Smith, Extension Nutrition Educator.
