Every Friday in February at noon, Pioneer Community Hospital of Choctaw, Gentiva Home Health and MSU Extension Service – Choctaw County will present a program on heart health and have a cooking demonstration. Programs are held at the Choctaw County Library.

On February 3 come learn about Cholesterol from Krista Blaylock, FNP-C with Pioneer Family Medical of Weir with a food demo by Sara Smith, Extension Nutrition Educator.
